WAVE & SYNAPSES · execution

Intelligence goes where people already work.

DBRAINS doesn't ask you to change tools. The BRAINS' knowledge reaches execution in two ways: SYNAPSES bring it inside the tools you already use, WAVE are the vertical apps ready when a dedicated environment is needed. One knowledge underneath, two interfaces on top.

The model

Two paths, one single knowledge.

SYNAPSES and WAVE both draw on the BRAINS: the same company knowledge, organised by department. Only where the work happens changes: inside your tools, or in a dedicated vertical app.

SYNAPSES · connectors

Connectors to external tools via MCP or API. They send tailored context and drafts, receive performance and published content, and automatically close the ROI loop in the BRAIN.

WAVE · vertical apps

Specialised vertical applications for a process or an area. They operate on the BRAINS' knowledge, can integrate with external tools via SYNAPSES and exist as predefined templates.

SYNAPSES · the order of priority

Your tools first, then a new environment.

The strategy is the reverse of the usual: don't move people onto new software, bring intelligence where they already work. The model follows a clear order.

  1. If the tool has MCP

DBRAINS exposes an MCP server that any compatible assistant can query: Claude, Copilot, Gemini and others draw on the company knowledge. No custom integration.

  2. If it has REST APIs or webhooks

Direct integration: DBRAINS sends context and drafts, receives performance and published content. The ROI loop closes automatically.

  3. If there are no connectors, or a native environment is needed

A WAVE is activated: a complete environment, powered by the same knowledge, with tools specific to that domain.

WAVE · vertical apps

A dedicated app for every domain.

Complete operational environments, one per area. Each WAVE offers native tools for its domain; the knowledge is the same for all: what changes is the interface and the context the team operates in.

MarketingWAVE

Content calendar, campaigns and KPIs on the knowledge.

SalesWAVE

Pipeline, quotes and sales follow-up.

HRWAVE

Onboarding, procedures and HR policies.

ServiceWAVE

Customer support and tickets on the knowledge.

FinanceWAVE

Budget, forecast and reporting.

OperationsWAVE

Procedures and supply chain on real processes.

ITWAVE

Assets, tickets and technical documentation.

LegalWAVE

Contracts, policies and up-to-date compliance.

A WAVE can connect to multiple BRAINS, link to third-party tools via SYNAPSES or start from a predefined template.

Which process do you want to take to production?

From mapping to operational agents in the chosen context: SYNAPSES on existing tools or a dedicated vertical WAVE.
