FLOW · Process Design & ROI

Map, measure, plan.

FLOW is the DBRAINS engine that maps processes and calculates their ROI. It captures a real process, calculates how much automating it is worth with a defensible number, and produces the plan to do it. It answers the question everything starts from: where do we begin, and how much is it worth?

The method · five steps

Each step produces a concrete output.

Not a slide, but a concrete result you carry forward. Example on a real process: supplier invoice approval.

FLOW · the mapped output

The process, made explicit.

A FLOW is a single logical path mapped by the engine: activities linked together that together describe an operational process. Each FLOW is associated with the BRAIN of its reference department and can be linear or branched.

Every activity is measured

It has an owner, a cost in person-hours or services, an input and an expected output. It's the basis on which everything else is calculated.

Non-linear paths too

A FLOW can branch: depending on the category, an activity leads to a different path. Operational reality, not a generic template.

Every mapped FLOW feeds into its department's BRAIN: the process doesn't stay in a document, it becomes living knowledge that feeds everything else.

The ROI

A measurement, not an estimate.

The engine doesn't improvise: it uses versioned calculation models, with inputs, data sources, formula and output for each type of return. Every number records which version it was calculated with.

On real data from your process: hours, costs, frequencies, actors. Not industry benchmarks.
Reproducible over time: the ROI shown to a CFO six months ago stays defensible even after an update.
Defensible in meetings: payback in months and break-even, not generic promises.
From plan to execution

It doesn't end with a document.

The Executive Plan includes the recommendation on how to proceed. The path doesn't end with a report to file away: it concludes with agents already operating in the chosen context.

Via SYNAPSES

If your tools are already integrable, intelligence reaches them where the team already works, via MCP or API.

Via WAVE

If a native environment is needed, a WAVE is activated: a dedicated vertical app, powered by the same knowledge.

Let's start from your first process.

Choose a high-volume manual process. We map its flow and show you the ROI on your specific case.
